Isabelle LoPresti Dueck

Isabelle is passionate about serving her community as a real estate agent. She is from Chugiak, Alaska and brought to Pensacola, Florida by her husband’s work in the Navy. During her time in south central Alaska, Isabelle owned a business as a licensed massage therapist. She enjoys outdoor time, gardening, and family time with her two sons, two dogs, and husband.

Dr. Mark Ates

Mark grew up locally and graduated with the Milton High Class of 1972. After completing the Chemistry major at UWF he taught at Pace High until 1984, when he left teaching to begin medical training. After earning his M.D. from The University of Miami and completing residency he returned home and served the communities of Pace, Milton, Jay, and Pensacola over a career in Family Practice and Emergency Medicine spanning 31 years. Now, after several months of retirement he has decided to pursue an interest in real estate, focused upon assisting families in their search for the perfect home in our incredible part of the great state of Florida as we experience this current era of unprecedented growth and expansion. 

When not working Mark enjoys spending time with Sharon, his wonderful wife of 47 years, and their family. He has numerous personal interests including cooking, playing piano and keyboards, film and digital photography, fishing for those elusive redfish and trout in our local waterways, riding his Enfield 650 motorcycle, and especially flower gardening with Sharon. 

Mark looks with great excitement toward entering this new phase of professional life and feels fortunate to be associated with Katie here at 31 South, where his customers and associates alike can feel confident; assured that he will bring to this new endeavor the same degree of professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail which defined his medical career. 

Kelly Crawford

Kelly Crawford is an East Hill resident with a passion for well-crafted homes and a deep love for this community.
